Summary :
A boy with an abnormality so large that it cannot properly be measured. Deep inside, he’s incredibly ravaged, depressed, damaged, and chaotic. He dons a bear mask because he admitted that he dislike showing his face to people.
Not much known about his past, but after his runaway from the Asylum where he was briefly held, T.E.D.D.Y was thrown into the Bloody Prison, where he became a permanent resident of it. He still dons his bear mask and his Asylum clothes and refuses to change it as he claims that “I’m much more comfortable wearing this one.”

Even Evil Has Standards (He would not kill before his 21st birthday, because he doesn't want his sins to become lighter. That's…uh… more of a terrifying inversion rather than a true example. He doesn't have "standards" that make him less evil, but ones that are calculated to make his actions even more evil.)
Expecting Someone Taller (Played with. With the exception of the bear mask covering his face, T.E.D.D.Y looks at first sight like a kind, fun, loving, ordinary guy. This impression tends to last around 5 seconds at most. Of course, then it turns out that he actually does have that side to him underneath. He is simply insane on top of it.)
Extremity Extremist (Because of his Asylum uniform, if he ever needs to fight, his fighting style is very reliant on kicks)
For the Evulz (His principle is : "I don't kill for no reason, I have reasons to kill. I'll kill you because I feel like it. I'll kill you because I don't want to fight you. I'll kill you because you're walking beside me. I'll kill you because it’s going to rain today. I'll kill you because I had a good dream. I'll kill you because I'm in a hurry. I Lied (Except when he's telling the truth, or being sincere… which makes it even worse, cause you just can't tell.)
I Shall Taunt You (He specializes in psychological combat, especially feelings of dread, nervousness, and anger.)
Limited Wardrobe (Always seen with the same bear mask and the same Asylum uniform. He later admits that he’s not bothered to change it as he’s already comfortable with it.)
Lolicon (Because of his bear mask, T.E.D.D.Y tend to give the impression that he's only interested in little girls. Or people who looks like little girls. Who knows if it's actually true or not, if you know what I mean.)
Made of Iron (Due to his Combat Sadomasochist ability, he has an almost abnormal tolerance for pain and punishment.)
Punch! Punch! Punch! Uh oh... (Even after receiving the most horrible beat down you could probably imagine, T.E.D.D.Y would just get up and stand there, as if nothing happened... and then returning whatever it is you did to him in a much worse manner.)
Stepford Smiler (Well, it’s not that he’s smiling all the time. But the bear mask he’s wearing is always smiling. All the time. Even when spouting off the most horrific things, or doing the most horrible thing you could probably imagine. All the time.)
Troll ( He sometimes seems to piss people off for the heck of it, but when asked about a motivation he simply seems very confused, and basically doesn't know why he is doing things.)
Xanatos Gambit (As a person who doesn't expect to win anything, setting up situations where a loss is also a win is a very important skill. And of course a win is naturally a win as well.)
